When 11 acres of wetlands were delineated in the center of our 110 acre development, it caused a number of design challenges. The lot and road layout had to be revised (without significant loss of units) and the entire storm water drainage plan had to be rethought. While starting over undoubtedly caused delays to the opening of the subdivision, the time delays and additional engineering fees were minimized when Davel Engineering was able to find a quick, proactive new solution.
